Nudity? Why not! Stars who has no problem UNDRESSING on SCREEN
Some celebrities have no problem with that. For them, nudity is an inseparable part of the acting profession, and the body is an indispensable tool for work. Here is a list of some brave film artists for whom playing with literally full body is a particularly important part of their career.
Eva Green
Eva Green is an actress with an extremely sensual look and a beautiful body that she does not hide from the world. She appeared naked in such films as Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, Perfect Sense, Cracks, and in the series Camelot and Penny Dreadful. However, it was the role in The Dreamers by the Italian director Bernardo Bertolucci that was most deeply imprinted in the collective memory of the viewers. It’s a bold, sex and debauchery picture in which the three main characters lose their clothes and innocence. Isabelle, the protagonist of Green, has no qualms about engaging in passionate sex scenes with Matthew, played by Michael Pitt, and her brother Theo, played by Louis Garrel. In fact, however, the actress does not consider herself such a direct person. In one of the interviews she confessed: “I am so shy, and at the same time I reveal myself to thousands of people. I really don’t understand why I’m doing this.”

Angelina Jolie is one of the most characteristic and courageous actresses of modern cinema. She is known for her bold statements in life and she does not lack courage in front of the camera. She is an extremely sexy woman, and her every move seems extremely seductive. Especially when the actress reveals all her charms to the viewers. As she admitted in an interview with CBS News, “What I love is movies from the seventies where the hero gets out of bed and you see half of his nipple because that’s what a man who just got out of bed looks like.”
Kate Winslet
The most famous nude scene in Kate Winslet’s career is of course from Titanic. The actress poses in front of Leonardo DiCaprio like a Parisian girl, showing him her round breasts. And although this film opened the door to a great career for a woman, sometimes she regrets that she agreed to such a brave performance. According to Winslet, people still approach her on the street, asking her to sign a drawing of a naked Rose from Cameron’s film. “I don’t do that. I feel very uncomfortable,” she explains. Despite everything, the troubles associated with the Titanic did not prevent the actress from performing naked later. She undressed, among others, in the films Hideous Kinky, Quills, Little Children and The Reader. As she explains, undressing on the set is a bit strange, especially when the actors often talk about it. “I just walk in and say, Shit, let’s do this.”
Helen Mirren
Helen Mirren is one of the most respected actresses of her generation. She won an Academy Award and several Emmy statuettes, and as an actress she started in the renowned British Royal Shakespeare Company. She has played many roles, including some really obscene ones, mainly from the beginning of her career. In the film Savage Messiah from 1972, a woman wanders the long, lavish corridors of the mansion, dancing naked, presenting her naked breasts and a womb covered with light hair. 7 years later, she played Caesonia in the heavily sexed Caligula. She remembers this nude role the most pleasantly, explaining that she had nothing to be ashamed of, because everyone on the film set was naked. “You feel embarrassed when you’re wearing clothes in this movie,” she adds. As a mature woman, Helen Mirren undressed in Calendar Girls and Love Ranch, among others. However, she believes that those times are over.
Tom Hardy
Tom Hardy could no longer hide his body from the world. He has several completely nude scenes under his belt, although most of them are devoid of any sexual context. In the series Colditz, the nudity of the British is more dramatic than sexy. The actor undresses in the shower scene, playing a prisoner of war in the German Colditz camp during World War II. In the short film Sergeant Slaughter, My Big Brother, she parades most of the time only in a military beret. Another film in which the actor reveals his private parts to the viewers is Bronson from 2008. Hardy’s last high-profile appearance came from the TV series Tabu. A man poses naked with a spear against the background of a pristine forest landscape. The fact that the actor undresses on the set most often in the company of other men began to raise questions about Tom Hardy’s sexuality. The Brit, however, cuts himself off from the discussion on this topic, explaining that “what he does off-screen should not be of interest to anyone”.
Natalie Portman
Natalie Portman, although she seems to be an innocent and delicate woman, has had a lot of brave roles behind her. One of the most famous is Black Swan, but there are also performances in which the actress took off her clothes. She tempted with her shapely body as the stripper Alice in the movie Closer and as Isabel from the medieval comedy Your Highness. She showed some flesh in the movie V for Vendetta, and showed complete nudity in the movies Planetarium and Goya’s Ghosts. In Wes Anderson’s short film Hotel Chevalier, Portman surrenders to Jason Schwartzman’s tender touches wearing nothing but socks. The actress has never been against similar performances. “I’m not prudish about nudity. I think that’s beautiful in a movie, and sex is a very important part of life.” However, after the scenes with the woman landed on adult websites, Natalie Portman promised to avoid similar roles. “I don’t want to do something that will end up as a screenshot from a porn site anyway,” she tells Elle magazine.
Daniel Radcliffe
The actor’s friend from the set of Harry Potter, Emma Watson, explains her reluctance to nude scenes that she does not want to soil the innocence of Hermione Granger, with whom she is still strongly identified. The wizard himself does not share the position of the actress. Daniel Radcliffe has taken off his clothes in three films: The F Word, Horns, and Kill Your Darlings – all from 2013. In the last of them, he even appeared in a bold gay sex scene. The actor’s performance in the theater play Equus from 2007 was also famous – he walked on the theater boards completely naked. Having a lot of experience in this type of performances, Radcliffe asked the producers of the series in which he appeared, A Young Doctor’s Notebook & Other Stories, to spare him the planned nude scene. “People will think I’m an exhibitionist,” the British actor explained.
Olivia Wilde
When it comes to nude scenes, Olivia Wilde is not shy. The actress known for Dr. House recently showed off her body in the series Vinyl and it was not the first such appearance. She had no qualms about undressing in the films Alpha Dog, Cowboys & Aliens or Third Person. And from what she admits in interviews, she had a lot of fun with it. At work on the set, she is characterized by unprecedented freedom – for the most part, she laughs at his performances naked. It is possible that they contributed to the recognition of the actress as one of the hottest Hollywood stars. It was admitted that Wilde’s shapely figure harmonizes beautifully with her mesmerizing eyes.
Halle Berry
Halle Berry is an actress who can and likes to use her strengths on the screen. She aroused the imagination of viewers with her tempting role in the film Catwoman from 2004.
